After you download the zip file from Creative Market, make sure you unzip it: the package will contain: 1) hypnosa.zip (the main file - zip file that will be uploaded to WordPress) 2) hypnosa-child.zip (child theme if you're planning to use one) 3) hypnosa-documentation.zip (the documentation for setting up your theme as in demo).
